This Beautiful Morning

This beautiful morning, like every other morning,
I come before You in prayer
Just because You love me – You call me
To pray and never lose heart
I light this candle, I ask for Your grace
I open my heart and You enter in
I read Your word and the power of Your Spirit
Is stirring in my heart
PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING, ADORATION AND DEVOTION
MY HEART IS FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU, JESUS
CONTEMPLATION AND LISTENING, HUMBLE SUBMISSION
YOU MUST INCREASE, I MUST DECREASE…..
Quiet comes, my tears are flowing
I hear the voice of Your mercy
My heart vibrates at the touch of Your Spirit
I am resting in my Father’s heart
Bridge
My hope is strengthened, my spirit is gladdened, prayer is melting my soul
Living sparks, blazing desires of Heaven!
My heart is purified, Truth is revealed, vice is scoured away
By the burning flames of Your love!
